On December 16, we will roll and hike in nature! Surely you will come along to push, walk and enjoy this inclusive walk in the Old Kalevallei! And we will end at the Christmas market of Landegem, it can’t be more beautiful!

Our crowdfunding through The Regional Fund was a SUCCESS 😍 allowing us to purchase 2 offroad baby carriages!

Thanks to donors to this successful crowdfunding campaign, residents of 5 facilities The Vierklaver, The Triangle, Humival, Ten Dries and Verburght will be able to explore the beautiful Old Bald Valley nature preserve and many more natural beauties.

Why this action?

We have a mission: to be inclusive in nature together, including people in wheelchairs! The region around Landegem is known for its beautiful hiking trails and stunning natural areas. Unfortunately, these gems are often not accessible to people in wheelchairs. Because of the uneven terrain, mud, tree roots, swampy fields, … . We obviously do not want to ask for permanent paving or open these areas only for people without mobility limitations.

We have a simple and inclusive solution: we provide off-road wheelchairs and organize inclusive hikes!
