Come kick off the new season with a bang. Cyclists, handbikers, tandems, runners, buddy runners and enjoyers are all welcome.

Afterwards, enjoy a pleasant chat together with snacks and drinks.

Departure and arrival: business center De Punt (Ghent)

Social ride: Departure at 17h30 for 60km at +- 25km/h

Social run: Departure at 7 p.m. for 10km at +-9km/h
