13/06/2026 – Workshop 3: Fulfilling sports and leisure activities.

Third workshop within the project “Flame Power of Invisible Heroes,” on interpretation of sports and leisure. Free participation, including boxing and lunch.

In 2025, we were 1 of 220 Warmest Week charities and we are doing something really great with that now!

With the project“Flame Power Of Invisible Heroes,” we bring people together around invisible diseases.
During four workshops, we will work on different themes to share experiences, gain insights and discover ways to better deal with various issues.

Workshop 3: Fulfilling sports and leisure activities – Participation and Possibilities

This third workshop is about sustainable participation in sports and leisure. What helps? What hinders? How can we make activities more accessible to all?

We start with a playful boxing session and then engage in conversation with experts by experience, professionals and allies.
We create space for stories, reflection and practical insights that you can take with you into your own life.
After the session there is a communal lunch.

This workshop is for persons with invisible illness, allies and anyone who wants to learn about different situations and experiences.
