It’s time for another Social Ride & Run. Come bike, run, roll or enjoy with us and afterwards enjoy a nice snack and drink over a friendly chat.

• 5:30 p.m.: start social ride (45 & 60 km)
• 7 p.m.: start social run
• Afterwards: aperitif

• Social ride 60 km (25 km/h)
• Social run 60 min (6:15 min/km)

Pace and distance are adapted to the group.
