Start 2 Move and enjoy this inclusive exercise event with us!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Be part of the very first edition<\/strong> of Start 2 Move, a pioneering event by 4 Sport and Exercise students at Howest college in Bruges. This event will promote inclusion in sports<\/strong> and celebrates this in the beautiful nature of the Brielmeersen in Deinze. <\/p>\n

We invite you to participate in this unique experience where everyone is welcome, regardless of background or skill level. Do you opt for the 400m on piste, perfect for stability. Or take on the challenge with the 3.2km, 6.0km or 8.8km, where each 2.8km lap offers a mix of paved trails and classic asphalt. The flat paved trails account for 15% of the route but are accessible to wheelers, wheelchairs and baby carriages. <\/p>\n

Choose a distance and take on the challenge! Discover the power of moving together, pushing boundaries and building community. Participate in this historic event and contribute to a more inclusive sports world. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Beyond the delicious fresh pancakes, you can enjoy our amazing fringe entertainment full of challenges and fun before and\/or after sports. For one thing, get carried away by our challenging folk games, which provide hours of entertainment for young and old alike. <\/p>\n

But that’s not all!<\/strong> Discover the Triple Challenge info booth, where you will be challenged to test your skills and push your limits. Upon registration, everyone will receive a special “Game Card.” After you test the people’s games and take the challenge at Triple Challenge, you will have a chance to win a fantastic prize!
